Carlos & Evelyn Ruiz are our missionary family in Ecuador. They serve as part of an organization called SIM.  SIM is what is called a “general mission” which means that missionaries are involved in many types of ministry around the world. SIM is involved in a variety of ministries such as clean water, children, education, relief and aid, and missionary training as well as many others. They also partner with other specialized missions groups for Bible translation, radio outreach, community development, medicine, HIV and AIDS ministry.
